Returns & Exchanges
At Adore You More, every keepsake and piece of apparel is made with love, and we want you to love it too. If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
How It Works
Return requests, including your order number and tracking number, must be emailed to support@adoreyoumore.com within 30 days of delivery. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and in as-new condition. Items returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements will not be eligible for a refund.
You may choose a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for another eligible item of equal or lesser value.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and we have verified that all return conditions have been met.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once the digital product has been delivered or made available for download.
Please review the product description carefully before purchasing to ensure you are purchasing the correct product and format.
If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us at support@adoreyoumore.com and we’ll be happy to help.
If you accidentally purchase a digital product more than once or believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us so we can review your purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
Non-Returnable Items
In addition to digital products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made keepsakes
- Gift cards
