We have partnered with the most reliable carriers in the world like DHL, USPS, & FEDEX to make sure your products get to you as quickly as possible, and with the most care. All customers will receive tracking information for their order once the product has shipped.

US Orders: Please allow 4-14 days for *most* US orders.

International orders: Please allow 8-20 days for *most* International orders.

There are circumstances that are out of control (COVID-19, natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
